Peter Tappin BSc (Hons) FRGS A Partner since 1992, Peter manages Residential Sales across the three mse offices, he also deals in land and new homes. Prior to mse, Peter specialised in Country Homes working for a large corporate firm in south west London and Surrey. Peter's extensive knowledge of the industry and local area are key to our success. Peter has held key appointments across the local community including a school governor post as committee chair and sitting on the Board of directors and as a business advisor for Young Enterprise West Surrey. He is also a board member of local housing charity, Guildford Sunset Homes. Peter lives in Merrow and enjoys many sporting activities including walking, climbing, cycling and golf. He was once a member of the Transglobe Expedition led by Sir Rannulph Fiennes. |

Bruce Simon FNAEA Our longest serving member of staff having, worked for Heath and Salter since 1991, Bruce is a key part of the residential sales team at Guildford and focuses on new business marketing. Bruce lives in East Horsley and enjoys travelling, particularly in Scandinavia, history and cricket. |

Donna Knott Donna gained three A levels at Godalming college and has worked in retail for the past eighteen months. In her spare time she enjoys horse-riding in and around Hambledon where she has lived all of her life. | |

Kim Wetton Following a career in travel, Kim having always had a passion for property began working for a local estate agents at the weekends. Kim then joined mse in 1998, firstly in Sales and since then in the Commercial and lettings departments. Kim enjoys travelling abroad, aerobics, swimming and reading as well as spending time with her three teenage children. |

Debbie Forest Debbie lives in Guildford having bought up four children, two of which still attend school locally. Debbie has worked in the education industry for many years and is currently involved with child education locally. She works at mse at the weekends and has been with us for some 14 years. In her spare time Debbie is a keen golfer and is a member of Guildford Golf club. | |

Mel Young Mel joined mse in 1992 as a part time sales negotiator. The hours still fit in very well with bringing up her family. On leaving college she joined the television company LWT as a Sales Executive, she then had a complete career change moving into Residential Social work, working in a childrens care home. She enjoys walking, gardening and going to the cinema.

Elaine Stephens With over 25 years experience in Estate Agency, ranging from international companies such as Hamptons and Savills to the smaller independents, Elaine has a broad knowledge of the residential market. Elaine likes to enjoy the beautiful West Sussex countryside where she lives with her husband and two cats and also travels regularly through SW France. |

Lesley Davenport Lesley has worked at the Cranleigh office for nearly six years as a part time sales negotiator. She began as a trainee in 1977 when she worked for a small independent estate agency in Norbury, SW16. Since then, Lesley has had three children, all grown up now, but has continued to work part time for Furmston and Partners, Hamptons and more recently, Meldrum Salter Edgley. Lesley and her family live locally in Holmbury St. Mary. Lesley loves the countryside and has her own horse ‘Wilbert’. Aside from riding she enjoys meeting up with friends and family, gardening, dog walking and reading. | |

Allison Pratt Allison has worked in the Cranleigh office on alternate weekends for the past four years. She lives in Ifold and during the week works at a local prep school. As Allison has two teenage children who were educated in both Sussex and Surrey, she has become our unofficial schools expert! Out of work, Allison enjoys ballooning, visiting the theatre and spending time with family and friends. | |

Jo Bennett Jo moved from North London a few years ago and has settled in Surrey with her husband and two young children. Having been into agency for 15 years she has decided to return as a weekend negotiator as she looks after the children full time during the week. Jo enjoys painting in her spare time, exploring the Surrey and Sussex countryside and taking the boys down to the coast. | |

Sue Shorney Sue escaped the hustle and bustle of London a few years ago and lives on the common with her husband, she joined the Cranleigh office as a trainee shortly afterwards. Having moved house seven times in the last 30 years, Sue feels well suited to help and advise people in today's property market. Outside of work, Sue enjoys cycling, walking, cooking and entertaining her twin grandsons! | |

Stuart Maxwell The General Manager at Godalming, also providing regular support for the Cranleigh team, Stuart began working for mse when our Cranleigh branch opened in 1994, following 16 years in the industry working for Gascoigne Pees in Godalming. Recently returning to Godalming at our Queen Street Branch, he has an extensive knowledge of the market in Godalming and Cranleigh and the surrounding villages and provides exceptional industry experience. In his spare time Stuart enjoys travelling through France, sampling the cuisine and excellent wines, and South Africa where he lived as a child. Stuart is also passionate about walking, enjoying the South Downs with his two Cairn Terriers. |

Sue Mager Sue has worked in a marketing and sales environment since joining Qantas Airways in central London in 1978. After nine years in London she joined her husband Michael setting up Mager Meldrum Estate Agency in Godalming town centre in 1987. After a break to raise her family and concentrate on a self employed business selling ladies fashion she re-joined the renamed Meldrum Salter Edgley in January 2001. She has worked for Paul Downham for the last seven years and continues as the Sales Co-ordinator in the Godalming office. She enjoys going to the theatre and looking after her two children now aged 16 and 11. |

Jackie Hollins A trained dental nurse until she re-trained as a negotiator working in several agencies and managing an office in Thames Ditton. On moving to the Guilford area in 1975 Jackie joined the original Cubitt & West Estate Agents working for them for 14 years. She joined mse in 1989, part time, as she was also working for a nursery school in Elstead. Jackie is very busy with her family and six grandchildren, a life member of the National Trust, memership secretary for 25 years for Albury History Society, member of the Arts and Crafts Society, Lutyens Society and RHS. She enjoys visits to museums, art galleries, theatres and travel in North Africa, particularly Egypt which is why she is studying Arabic at the moment. |
