Emergency Contractors

Should you encounter an emergency, please call our property management team immediately on 01483 504200 x 3. We are open from 9am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri, outside of these hours please see the details below.

For general out of hours emergencies we have two contractors available, however please only call them in the event of a genuine emergency and if it is out of office hours (between 5.30pm and 9am Mon - Fri or at weekends):
