MSE offers valuation and surveying services to the residential and commercial sectors. We provide expert advice and guidance on most property issues, including: commercial dilapidations, probate valuations for tax purposes, pre-purchase building surveys, valuations for loan security and expert witness property development appraisals and party wall notices.

Our Chartered Surveyors collectively possess some 130 years’ experience, so you’ll receive advice that is accurate, professional and, importantly, easy to understand. We won’t confuse you with jargon, we believe in speaking plainly and provide reports written in plain English. And you will be in personal contact with the most appropriate professional at all times – if you have questions, you know that there is someone to speak to.

Wherever possible, we work on a fixed fee basis and we will provide written confirmation in advance before you commit to any work.

MSE is a regulated member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This means that all of our activities are conducted to the highest professional standards, giving you reassurance that you can put your trust in us. We also possess full professional indemnity cover.
