A new look and website for local Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents mse.
Coming as the fruition of months and years of planning, mse completed the launch of their new brand this week. The brand and a new website represent significant capital investments for the company.
Michael Ginsberg, senior partner, said, “The process of planning and implementing a new or refreshed brand is a fascinating journey of self discovery which requires a profound understanding of the company and its client base. It all began with a number of strategy meetings of our Top Team coordinated by an external business adviser and continued through a period of internal and external consultation before we were even ready to instruct a designer."
“We then produced a design statement and invited a number of companies to present their ideas. We were very impressed with the imagination and creativity that emerged, however, we had decided that an essential element of our appeal is the company's heritage and the established and trustworthy values associated with our reputation and, whilst we also wanted to express the more modern and progressive values we also stand for, we did not want to lose touch with that heritage.”
Instructions were eventually given to Papercourt design in Merrow who, interestingly, designed the first Meldrum Salter Edgley logo back in 1992, and it is their tireless work which is reflected in the new design for mse.
Underpinning the brand is a positive culture of friendly committed professionals.
Over a period of one week, the offices have been redecorated externally and equipped with new signage and graphics including new offices in Guildford adjacent to the existing Listed Offices in the High Street, all sale and letting boards, stationery, business cards, brochures, marketing material and advertising have been replaced to coincide.
Perhaps most significantly of all, mse has launched a completely new website. Redesigned from scratch by The Up Agency in Godalming, it provides a modern and professional resource for the company’s clients and allows them the ideal medium to demonstrate the full range of services they offer.
Michael added, “The website will be the focus of our constant attention in the future to allow it to evolve and improve as an integral part of the organisation. We look forward to working in partnership with our designers to develop new ideas for the future.”
