MSE secure new lease for Gordons Solicitors

Acting for the freeholder, MSE Commercial and Survey Departments have successfully combined their services in negotiating terms for a simultaneous settlement of a dilapidations claim, surrender of a lease from Legal and General, and a new 10 year lease to Gordons Solicitors at a headline rent of £17 psf.
