MSE recruit new Chartered Building Surveyor and Valuer, Jeremy Salter

Due to the expansion of the Professional Department at Guildford, Jeremy Salter has recently joined MSE as a Chartered Surveyor.
With a degree in Building Surveying, RICS member Jeremy has gained vast experience as a surveyor and has worked for well-known and established companies. Throughout his career, he has undertaken valuations of property for lending institutions and for private purposes including probate and matrimonial instructions. 
Jeremy qualified in 1985 having trained in Guildford and has undertaken Homebuyers Reports and Structural Surveys on many different types, ages and styles of properties. His knowledge extends to the design, specification and contract administration of building works, schedules of dilapidations and defect analysis for a wide range of clients including private individuals, commercial, schools, churches and local authorities.
Jeremy now lives in Godalming and enjoys most things outdoors!
