Offices and IT

Fundamentally we are committed to our prominent physical presence in the area. Properties are displayed in the windows of our offices and professionally prepared details are available to everyone who calls in to make an enquiry.

Each office is equipped with state of the art estate agency software Dezrez providing an online data base for all properties available through our three offices and ensuring that the potential of every enquiry is fully explored.

Dezrez allows us to undertake sophisticated marketing online and by email and provides powerful tools to manage the business on a day to day basis. However, we do not allow IT to take over, we use it to free up more time for our people to do more of what they’re best at – selling.

Marketing material

In our opinion, the quality of presentation of the sales particulars and other marketing material reflects directly on the perception buyers have of the quality of the property itself and we take huge care to ensure that our material is second to none just like the properties we sell.

Meticulous attention is given to the layout and content of the particulars including the lighting and composition of the photographs used and we always use professionally produced floor plans. The particulars are then professionally printed using an advanced online ordering process which gives us a 24 hour turnaround and noticeably better results than almost any other method.

The same care is given to the online and email material and the presentation of advertisements wherever they appear.

Advertising

You will no doubt have seen our regular presence in the Surrey Advertiser which is the premier property journal locally. We also advertise in a number of other specialist journals and publications including Estates Gazette.

Our branding has recently been refreshed to reflect the continuing development of the company.

Online

We hope you enjoy using this new web site. It was launched in September 2008 after an extended period of research and development. It is designed to navigate quickly and provides and instant property search from anywhere in the site, meta data optimised for the major search engines such as Google it is the subject of constant improvement and updating. We regard the website as another “virtual” office and actively promote and manage its use and content.

Dezrez allows instant uploading when any changes occur and the software coordinates seamlessly with portals such as Rightmove. Rightmove provides a massive exposure for all our properties to buyers from all over the world.

This is one way we are able to combine a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service at a very local level whilst leaving no stone unturned to find your perfect buyer worldwide.

Value for money

You would be forgiven for believing that a service such as ours would be very expensive. We are certainly not the cheapest, however, you may be surprised how little difference there is between our charges and some other agents, many of whom will spend only a fraction of what we spend on marketing our clients’ properties.
