Lettings and Property Management is one of our core businesses, not just an add on. We currently manage about 800 residential and commercial units throughout the South East collecting £8,000,000 pa. This includes a number of Regulated and Assured tenancies.

The scale of our operation is large enough to provide you with security and a unique breadth of skills including dedicated property management and accounting staff and chartered surveyors on hand, but not so large so that you lose personal accountability and communication. Even the Senior Partner is available to clients for advice when needed and for the rare occasions when things do go wrong.

The company specialises in acting on behalf of property investors and property companies with portfolios of as many as 100 or more units, however the same skills and high standards are equally relevant to private individuals and we act for a growing number of private clients, more than 100, who tell us they value the standards of service we provide.

As Chartered Surveyors, we operate to the highest professional standards and we are regulated by the RICS and the National Association of Estate Agents. Clients money is fully bonded and we are authorised to hold tenant deposits by The Dispute Service.
