MSE has amassed vast experience in commercial and residential property management and asset management. We currently collect over £10 million annually on behalf of our clients who range from private investors to major property investment companies. Our success is based on a commitment to protect and enhance the income stream and asset value of our clients’ investments.

We deal with a variety of shops, offices and industrial properties, including service charges spread over a wide geographical area – from London and across the South East down to the southern towns of Southampton, Chichester and Worthing.

We take a hands-on approach, recognising that our ability to communicate effectively and act proactively are amongst the most important skills we can bring to bear; skills underpinned by expert technical knowledge.

Excellent management is about anticipating and avoiding problems before they escalate. We ensure that properties are routinely inspected to monitor tenants’ repairing obligations and actively work with clients to achieve their specific investment objectives.

A separate department deals with residential property management, and clients with mixed portfolios can enjoy the convenience of keeping all their properties under one roof with one reporting interface.

Our property managers are supported by a dedicated accounts department dealing with the timely production of demands, processing of service charges and recovery of expenses. We pride ourselves on collecting rent on time and the whole operation is coordinated using a sophisticated integrated accounting and property management application, namely Propman by Grosvenor Systems. 

You can expect prompt and flexible reporting to meet your needs and an ’open door’ policy including periodic meetings as you require.

And, in addition, you will have access to the entire range of other specialist services offered, such as investment advice, building surveying and valuation.
