Michael Ginsberg is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience in residential and commercial property. He achieved a prize winning first class Honours degree in Estate Management at Kingston University and is a Fellow of NAEA.

Having joined the company in 1992, Michael takes overall responsibility for the firm and combines his skills in professional practice and business on a daily basis. Specialising in residential and commercial valuation, he has broad experience in property management, residential agency, landlord and tenant and property investment advice. He has experience as a trustee and an executor.

Michael lives with his young family in Shalford and, when time allows, enjoys sailing and walking, holidays with his family and running to keep fit.

A Partner since 1992, Peter manages Residential Sales across the MSE offices, he also deals in land and new homes. Prior to MSE, Peter specialised in country homes working for a large corporate firm in south west London and Surrey. Peter's extensive knowledge of the industry and local area are key to our success.

Peter has held key appointments across the local community including a school governor post as committee chair, sitting on the Board of directors and as a business advisor for Young Enterprise West Surrey. He is also a board member of local housing charity, Guildford Sunset Homes.

Peter lives in Merrow with his wife and enjoys many sporting activities including mountaineering, cycling, sailing and golf. He was also a member of the Transglobe Expedition led by Sir Ranulph Fiennes.

Tim is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and joined MSE as a Partner in 2005 with overall responsibility for the Commercial Department. Tim's career has mostly been in central London private practice acting on behalf of financial institutions, property companies and central government. Tim has wide experience of commercial property management, valuation, rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals.

Tim enjoys family life with his wife and three daughters and when time allows is either sailing, walking or playing the occasional game of cricket.

A Partner at MSE since 2005, Richard is responsible for Investments, local agency and professional work. Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in London advising institutional and property companies on the acquisition and disposal of property investments throughout the UK and dealing with letting and rent reviews of offices.

Richard is a keen sportsman playing cricket, hockey, golf and tennis and he ran the London Marathon in 1983. Richard also takes a keen interest in the weather and is a member of the Royal Meteorological Society.

Born in Australia, Mark emigrated to the UK in 2003. He joined MSE in 2007 after working for a local corporate letting agency. Having gained considerable experience, local knowledge and demonstrating huge enthusiasm, Mark is now working as Manager in the Lettings Department.

Mark has a great sense of humour, enjoys spending time with his family, playing football for a local team, reading and mountain biking.

With broad experience in practice and industry, Sally is AAT qualified and currently registered and studying for CIMA. She has worked for a variety of companies including 3 years with Hixon's Accountants and 6 years with St Bernard Composites Ltd, Farnborough with a turnover of £20m+. In addition to the accountancy work, Sally has managed businesses and was involved in the catering and event management industries. The variety and responsibility of the work she has done prepares her for a hands on approach and "can do" attitude which is ideal for the environment in which we operate, where no two days are the same.

Debbie has brought 12 years' valuable property industry experience. This started in 99 when she worked as a Property Manager for Mann and Co Estate Agents and most recently, before joining MSE, she worked again for 2 years as a Property Manager with Countrywide successfully completing the NFOPP qualification in Lettings and Property Management but, between these two post in Property Management, she worked as a legal assistant and conveyancer for well known solicitors here and in Portsmouth including Kidd Rapinet in Farnham and GCL Solicitors in Guildford, where she was the reservations department manager. The combination of property experience, people management and the attention to detail required in the legal roles gives her a unique skill set which is ideal for the position she holds with MSE as Head of the Residential Property Management. In amongst all of this Debbie has found time to bring up her three children as a military wife and she lives locally in Ash Vale.

Paul, an experienced Residential Sales Manager joined MSE to manage our Godalming office. He has an extensive knowledge of the area having lived and worked locally for over 22 years. Paul has a wealth of residential experience and has held various key roles in the industry working for both Strutt and Parker and Hamptons.

Outside of work, Paul’s main passion is sailing, in 2005 he took a year out of work and sailed his family across the Atlantic. Paul also enjoys scuba diving, and loves to hike The South Downs with his wife, and dog ‘Lottie’.

With a degree in Building Surveying, RICS member Jeremy has gained vast experience as a surveyor and has worked for well-known and established companies. Throughout his career, he has undertaken valuations of property for lending institutions and for private purposes including probate and matrimonial instructions.

Jeremy qualified in 1985 having trained in Guildford and has undertaken Homebuyers Reports and Structural Surveys on many different types, ages and styles of properties. His knowledge extends to the design, specification and contract administration of building works, schedules of dilapidations and defect analysis for a wide range of clients including private individuals, commercial, schools, churches and local authorities.

Jeremy now lives in Godalming and enjoys most things outdoors!
