MSE has been involved in the commercial property market ever since we started in business in 1889, and we have earned a reputation for excellence in commercial property management, agency and investment, professional and survey work.

The Commercial team is based in our Guildford High Street office and comprises Chartered Surveyors with combined experience of more than 75 years. The department includes two Partners: Tim Alden BSc MRICS (Commercial Management and Valuation) and Richard Marks Dip Est Man MRICS (Investment, Agency and Valuation), both of whom have extensive London experience with prominent firms.

Based on a solid core of Commercial property management, we deal with shops, offices, industrial and mixed use properties of all shapes and sizes. Our immediate focus is on the market around Guildford, Godalming and Cranleigh, but our activities extend right across London and throughout the South East.

We primarily advise commercial property owners and investors and our clients include private investors, property investment companies, trusts and local authorities. Many have mixed commercial and residential property interests and MSE is perfectly placed to offer the advice they need - all under one roof.
