Michael Ginsberg BSc (Hons) Est Man MRICS FNAEA Michael Ginsberg is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience in residential and commercial property. He achieved a prize winning first class Honours degree in Estate Management at Kingston University and is a fellow of NAEA. Having joined the company in 1992, michael takes overall responsibility for the firm and combines his skills in professional practice and business on a daily basis. Specialising in residential and commercial valuation, he has broad experience in property management, residential agency, landlord and tenant and property investment advice. He has experience as a trustee and an executor. Michael lives with his young family in Shalford and, when time allows, enjoys sailing and walking, holidays with his family and running to keep fit. | |

Peter Tappin BSc (Hons) FRGS A Partner since 1992, Peter manages Residential Sales across the three mse offices, he also deals in land and new homes. Prior to mse, Peter specialised in Country Homes working for a large corporate firm in south west London and Surrey. Peter's extensive knowledge of the industry and local area are key to our success. Peter has held key appointments across the local community including a school governor post as committee chair and sitting on the Board of directors and as a business advisor for Young Enterprise West Surrey. He is also a board member of local housing charity, Guildford Sunset Homes. Peter lives in Merrow and enjoys many sporting activities including walking, climbing, cycling and golf. He was once a member of the Transglobe Expedition led by Sir Rannulph Fiennes. |

Tim Alden BSc MRICS An experienced Chartered Surveyor, specialising in commercial property valuation and asset management. Prior to joining mse as a partner, Tim’s career has been largely spent in private practice within central London. Richard Marks Dip Est Man MRICS A Partner at mse since 2005, Richard is responsible for Investments, local agency and professional work. Richard is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience in London advising institutional and property companies on the acquisition and disposal of property investments throughout the UK and dealing with letting and rent reviews of offices. Richard is a keen sportsman playing cricket, hockey, golf and tennis and he ran the London Marathon in 1983. Richard also takes a keen interest in the weather and is a member of the Royal Meteorological Society. |

Sue Rosewell The backbone of the lettings department! Sue joined mse in 2004 following a seven year stint in California where she worked for a large medical device manufacturer investigating injury claims. Sue lives locally with her family and over the last few years she has gained an indepth knowledge of the industry and built up very strong working relationships with our longstanding clients. She has empathy with the tenants and will always go that extra mile to ensure tenants and houses are well matched. Sue enjoys renovating her 16th Century cottage and walking her dog in the surrey hills. |

Mark Blakeway Born in Australia, Mark emigrated to the UK in 2003. He joined mse in 2007 after working for a local corporate letting agency. Over the past year Mark has gained considerable experience and local knowledge. Mark has a great sense of humour, enjoys reading, mountain biking and travelling Europe. |

Anna Rotheisen Following a move from Cornwall to Guildford, Anna joined mse in October 2007. Anna is a key member of the team ensuring the smooth running of the department. Her previous experience working in property management has assisted Anna in her role. Anna is a practising artist with a BA (Hons) in Illustration and has undertaken several commissions to date, she is also a keen painter and decorator, enjoying interior design. Anna is eagerly awaiting her first baby! |

Simone Young Simone joined MSE in 2005 as a weekend lettings assistant, fitting work around her young family. She is now looking forward to covering the post of Lettings Administrator whilst Anna is away on Maternity Leave. Simone comes from a Sales and Marketing background in the Travel Industry and the Mayfair/City of London Office Property Market. Out of work she enjoys Pilates, dancing, walking and spending quality time with her family and friends. | |

Clair Richardson Clair Joined mse in 2005 as a weekend Lettings assistant to fit in with looking after her young family. Clair comes from a property background and prior to starting her family, worked for many years in Guildford in a Property department as a Legal Executive, which included the letting and management of commercial properties. Clair enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family. | |

Sara Kempson-Hayes Assisting the Senior Partner with the rebranding and marketing of mse, Sara is primarily from a marketing communications background having worked in the IT and Service industries for the past 15 years. Sara has a keen interest in property and more recently expanded her PR knowledge working for a local property PR company looking after several large new home builder accounts. Outside of work, Sara is a busy mum to her 8yr old son and also enjoys travelling, walking, dining out and socialising with friends and family. |

Margie Seward Born in Zimbabwe, Margie spent most of her adult life in South Africa. She worked as an aide-de-camp to the Mayor of Johannesburg during Nelson Mandela's release from prison and the ensuing change of government. In 2000, the family decided to move to the UK to be closer to her husband's family. Margie has worked with mse since as Office Manager and Secetary to the Commercial division. In her spare time Margie enjoys playing doting grandma to her new grand daughter. |

Kim Wetton Following a career in travel, Kim having always had a passion for property began working for a local estate agents at the weekends. Kim then joined mse in 1998, firstly in Sales and since then in the Commercial and lettings departments. Kim enjoys travelling abroad, aerobics, swimming and reading as well as spending time with her three teenage children. |

Andrew McVean Andrew, a chartered building surveyor has worked in the area for over 30 years and with Meldrum Salter Edgley for 6 years. His work covers domestic, commercial and institutional properties and one of his specialisations is listed buildings. Andrew has a broad client base including private individuals, commercial, schools, churches and local authorities. | |

Paul Chilton Passionate about property, having worked for several years acquiring and refurbishing residential properties in Surrey and Bucks, Paul joined mse in 2004. Paul's main focus is to ensure a smooth letting experience for tenant and landlord dealing with and resolving problems efficiently when they arise. Paul is married and enjoys skiing, sailing, travelling and motorcycle touring. |

Della Jallow Experienced in the property field since 1986, in social housing in London through to the private rental market, Della joined mse in 2007. Assisting Paul with his daily tasks and dealing with the tenants directly Della has a challenging, varied role. Away from work, Della enjoys listening to music, reading, travelling and cooking. |

Mark Mitchell Starting out in the courier business, Mark later changed direction and spent ten years working in sales in various estate agents in London and Surrey. This was followed by nine years at Standard Life as a policy admin representative. Mark's methodical approach ensures that the administration is carried out to the highest standard and he is always willing to assist others within the team. |

Mary Rodriguez Mary has wide ranging experience in numerous industries. She has worked for many years in education as a Marketing Manager and more recently as manager of a business centre. She has had several top level PA jobs in London and Surrey, but has also lived and worked in Spain and Venezuela, where she was a bi-lingual PA at the British Embassy in Madrid, a holiday rep in Ibiza and an interior designer in Venezuela. She has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. She is a keen photographer and enjoys travel, dining out, hot-air ballooning and belongs to the local theatre group. |

Sarah Maeer Sarah has many years of experience in the property and surveying industry, both in London and Surrey. She has worked for mse for 6 years and is the office Data Management guru. Before joining mse Sarah worked as Office Manager for a local marketing company. Sarah is married with one son and a beautiful cat and enjoys reading, travel and cooking. |

Bruce Simon FNAEA Our longest serving member of staff, having worked for Heath and Salter since 1991, Bruce is a key part of the residential sales team at Guildford and focuses on new business marketing. Bruce lives in East Horsley and enjoys travelling, particularly in Scandinavia, history and cricket. |

Donna Knott Donna gained three A levels at Godalming college and has worked in retail for the past eighteen months. In her spare time she enjoys horse-riding in and around Hambledon where she has lived all of her life. | |

Debbie Forest Debbie lives in Guildford having bought up four children, two of which still attend school locally. Debbie has worked in the education industry for many years and is currently involved with child education locally. She works at mse at the weekends and has been with us for some 14 years. In her spare time Debbie is a keen golfer and is a member of Guildford Golf club. | |

Mel Young Mel joined mse in 1992 as a part time sales negotiator. The hours still fit in very well with bringing up her family. On leaving college she joined the television company LWT as a Sales Executive, she then had a complete career change moving into Residential Social work, working in a childrens care home.
She enjoys walking, gardening and going to the cinema.

Elaine Stephens With over 25 years experience in Estate Agency, ranging from international companies such as Hamptons and Savills to the smaller independents, Elaine has a broad knowledge of the residential market. Elaine likes to enjoy the beautiful West Sussex countryside where she lives with her husband and two cats and also travels regularly through SW France. |

Lesley Davenport Lesley has worked at the Cranleigh office for nearly six years as a part time sales negotiator. She began as a trainee in 1977 when she worked for a small independent estate agency in Norbury, SW16. Since then, Lesley has had three children, all grown up now, but has continued to work part time for Furmston and Partners, Hamptons and more recently, Meldrum Salter Edgley. Lesley and her family live locally in Holmbury St. Mary. Lesley loves the countryside and has her own horse ‘Wilbert’. Aside from riding she enjoys meeting up with friends and family, gardening, dog walking and reading. | |

Allison Pratt Allison has worked in the Cranleigh office on alternate weekends for the past four years. She lives in Ifold and during the week works at a local prep school. As Allison has two teenage children who were educated in both Sussex and Surrey, she has become our unofficial schools expert! Out of work, Allison enjoys ballooning, visiting the theatre and spending time with family and friends. | |

Jo Bennett Jo moved from North London a few years ago and has settled in Surrey with her husband and two young children. Having been into agency for 15 years she has decided to return as a weekend negotiator as she looks after the children full time during the week. Jo enjoys painting in her spare time, exploring the Surrey and Sussex countryside and taking the boys down to the coast. | |

Sue Shorney Sue escaped the hustle and bustle of London a few years ago and lives on the common with her husband, she joined the Cranleigh office as a trainee shortly afterwards. Having moved house seven times in the last 30 years, Sue feels well suited to help and advise people in today's property market. Outside of work, Sue enjoys cycling, walking, cooking and entertaining her twin grandsons! |

Stuart Maxwell The General Manager at Godalming, also providing regular support for the Cranleigh team, Stuart began working for mse when our Cranleigh branch opened in 1994, following 16 years in the industry working for Gascoigne Pees in Godalming. Recently returning to Godalming at our Queen Street Branch, he has an extensive knowledge of the market in Godalming and Cranleigh and the surrounding villages and provides exceptional industry experience. In his spare time Stuart enjoys travelling through France, sampling the cuisine and excellent wines, and South Africa where he lived as a child. Stuart is also passionate about walking, enjoying the South Downs with his two Cairn Terriers. |

Sue Mager Sue has worked in a marketing and sales environment since joining Qantas Airways in central London in 1978. After nine years in London she joined her husband Michael setting up Mager Meldrum Estate Agency in Godalming town centre in 1987. After a break to raise her family and concentrate on a self employed business selling ladies fashion she re-joined the renamed Meldrum Salter Edgley in January 2001. She has worked for Paul Downham for the last seven years and continues as the Sales Co-ordinator in the Godalming office. She enjoys going to the theatre and looking after her two children now aged 16 and 11. |

Jackie Hollins A trained dental nurse until she re-trained as a negotiator working in several agencies and managing an office in Thames Ditton. On moving to the Guilford area in 1975 Jackie joined the original Cubitt & West Estate Agents working for them for 14 years. She joined mse in 1989, part time, as she was also working for a nursery school in Elstead. Jackie is very busy with her family and six grandchildren, a life member of the National Trust, memership secretary for 25 years for Albury History Society, member of the Arts and Crafts Society, Lutyens Society and RHS. She enjoys visits to museums, art galleries, theatres and travel in North Africa, particularly Egypt which is why she is studying Arabic at the moment. |

Bharati Kulkani Following her marriage, Bharati moved to the UK where she completed her post grad diploma in managment studies together with accountancy qualifications whilst bringing up her family. She started out in a firm of accountants and then moved inhouse to various manufacturing and marketing companies prior to joining mse in 2004. Bharati's focus at mse is to manage the entire client and company accounts. In her spare time, Bharati enjoys socialising, entertaining, music and travel. |

Janice Mitchell With over 30 years of accounts experience, Janice has worked in a wide range of industries prior to joining mse accounts dept in 2002. Janice enjoys spending time with her son, reading and travelling. |

Sarah Ginsberg Sarah originally joined mse in 1992 and worked for 3 years in sales admin in both the Guildford and Cranleigh offices. She then worked for 5 years as office manager for an Italian furniture company dealing with sales, admin and accounts. After taking time out to have 2 children, she rejoined MSE as an accounts assistant/HR Administrator earlier this year. Sarah enjoys walking and is training to be a riding instructor with the Cranleigh branch of the RDA. |
