We have recently installed a new main server at our Guildford office which is backed up to keep all information safe in the event of an emergency. The system is regularly updated and maintained by a specialist firm of IT professionals based in Godalming.

Ramsac are an established firm providing outsourced advice, support and maintenance services to a large client base throughout London and the Southeast. They have been looking after our IT for approximately 8 years and have played a huge part in maintaining the highest standards we strive for.

Property Management and Accounting
Propman by Grosvenor Systems is one of the premier integrated property management applications currently available. We chose the system in 2005 after extensive research primarily because of the proven reliability and flexibility and its ability to deal with commercial and residential property including weekly monthly and quarterly rents. Propman has allowed us to integrate a huge data base with powerful accounting, diary management and scheduling functionality. The principle benefits for our clients are increased efficiency and the availability of a broad range of reports to meet their individual requirements.

Residential Estate Agency and Lettings
Dezrez is an award winning online estate agency application which allows us to market properties more effectively. The three office locations are connected through the system so that all properties are available from each location at any one time and applicants’ details are automatically distributed in accordance with their requirements.
Marketing online is greatly improved as the system allows us to upload instantly any changes in price or details to our own website and portals.
On a day to day basis, Dezrez provides sophisticated diary management and “terrier” functionality which has revolutionised the way in which we are able to follow up and keep in touch with people. The statistical information it provides gives us a real insight into how we can improve the effectiveness of our marketing. For example, you may be as surprised as we were to discover that as many as 45% of initial applicant enquiries come by a personal visit to one of our offices. This information can only serve to reinforce our commitment to a physical presence in the towns we specialise in.

Web Design and Hosting
The UP Agency is responsible for the design and optimisation of our new website. Online marketing is key to the coverage we are able to generate and we selected The UP Agency after a rigorous selection procedure. We were attracted by their innovative approach and the breadth and variety of their client base which includes the Design Council and the BBC.
We have allocated an ongoing budget to continually improve and adapt the website and we look forward to implementing some exciting new ideas in the future.
